Slaker-Classifier combines the slaking action, classifying combines removal in a single unit. The design provides for adequate retention time for optimum slaking efficiency.
HYDROCYCLONES
This is a versatile product ideally suited for both open and closed circuit systems. It delivers constant volume split while maintaining product sizing to specification. Extra thick cone liners deliver higher production by staying on-stream 50% longer. A peak efficiency is maintained achieving predicted liquid-solid separation across a broad range of sizes. Sharp separations result since feed entry transfer is accomplished with a minimum turbulence or ricocheting
