SPIRAL CLASSIFIER

EIMCO-K.C.P. Classifiers are designed to settle and dewater relatively coarse particles from high volume, low percent solid streams. The Classifiers offer the best means of removing settle able solids quickly and economically.

HIGH VOLUME CLASSIFIER
EIMCO-K.C.P. spiral classifier is designed to settle & dewater relatively coarse particles from high volume, low percent solid streams.

EIMCO-K.C.P. classifiers offer the best means of removing settleble solids & grit quickly & economically before they can enter the waste water treatment system & damage expensive equipment such as clarifiers, floatation machines & digesters. EKCP classifiers are provided with motorised Hydraulic lifting device, replaceable wearing shoes, etc.

HYDROCYCLONES
This is a versatile product ideally suited for both open and closed circuit systems. It delivers constant volume split while maintaining product sizing to specification. Extra thick cone liners deliver higher production by staying on-stream 50% longer. A peak efficiency is maintained achieving predicted liquid-solid separation across a broad range of sizes. Sharp separations result since feed entry transfer is accomplished with a minimum turbulence or ricocheting.
